Software License

If you have accessed OCPP CSS or one of its authorized licensees, and provided that you comply with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, including restrictions - RS Technologies grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software for the purposes described in these terms and conditions.

This License does not authorize you to install or use OCPP CSS on the server, nor does it grant you the right to sublicense or distribute OCPP CSS. For more information about obtaining such rights, visit https://ocpp-css.com.

You will not integrate or use OCPP CSS with any other software unless we provide or expressly permit such integration. However, you may integrate or use the Software with any plug-in that is provided or pre-approved by RS Technologies.

OCPP CSS may contain features or functionality that are hidden or appear disabled. You will not access or attempt to access disabled features by any means other than through the use of such technology (for example, by purchasing additional rights), nor will you rely on the Software to create a feature substantially similar to a disabled feature or otherwise circumvent the technology controlling the activation of any such feature.

You will not modify or remove any copyright or other proprietary notices posted on or in the OCPP CSS.

You will not modify, port, adapt, translate or create derivative works based on the OCPP CSS in any way.

You will not reverse engineer (including, but not limited to, monitoring or tracing inputs and outputs flowing through the system to the application to recreate that system), decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to discover the source code, data representations or underlying algorithms, processes, methods or any other part of the OCPP CSS.

If the laws of your jurisdiction give you the right to decompile the Software to obtain the information necessary to make the licensed portions of OCPP CSS compatible with other software, you must first request such information from RS Technologies. RS Technologies may, in its sole discretion, either provide such information to you or impose reasonable conditions, including a reasonable fee, on your decompilation of the Software to ensure that RS Technologies and RS Technologies' suppliers' proprietary rights in OCPP CSS are protected. In addition, only you or a person authorized to use a copy of the Software on your behalf may decompile it. Any information provided by RS Technologies or obtained by you pursuant to the authorization herein may be used by you only for the purposes described herein and may not be disclosed to any third party or used to create any software that is substantially similar to the expression of the Software, or used for any other activities that infringe the copyrights of RS Technologies or its licensors.

You will not rent, lease, sell, sublicense, assign or transfer your rights in the OCPP CSS, or permit any portion of the Software to be copied on another person's or entity's computer, except as expressly permitted herein.
