License Agreement

License granted

You are granted a simple (non-exclusive), non-transferable license to use the Software as part of the OCPP CSS cloud service through its official interfaces - the portal, the apps and the documented API - within the feature set of your tariff. The license remains in force while you have an account and comply with the Terms of Service.

Open-source components

Certain platform components are published as open-source software. Their use is governed by their own licenses, and this Agreement does not restrict them. The restrictions below apply to the closed components and to the service as a whole.

Deployment on your own infrastructure

This license covers the use of the cloud service. Deploying the platform on your own infrastructure, including under your own brand (white-label), is possible under a separate agreement with the rights holder - contact us.

Restrictions

It is prohibited to: remove or alter copyright notices; circumvent technical protection measures and feature activation mechanisms; use someone else's or unlawfully obtained credentials; sublicense, sell or rent out rights to the Software.

It is prohibited to decompile, disassemble or otherwise reconstruct the source code of the closed components, except as expressly permitted by law. If the law gives you a right to decompile for interoperability, first request the necessary information from us - we will provide it or offer reasonable terms.

Updates

We may update the Software, including automatically. The feature set may change; updates should not lead to loss of your data.

Termination

The license ends when the account is closed or upon a material breach of this Agreement. The intellectual property provisions survive termination.
